Stephen is a third generation finish carpenter with over 20 years of experience building custom projects across California and Florida. He began his career literally from the ground up-sweeping job sites by day and studying construction by night. His hands-on path lead from framing homes to his true passion: finish carpentry and custom cabinetry. Today, in addition to working in the field, he enjoys mentoring the next generation of craftsmen.

In addition to master craftsman, Stephen is a Firefighter Paramedic for Hillsborough County Fire Rescue in Tampa, FL. He sees strong parallels between firefighting and construction-both demand precision, focus, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys surfing, paddle boarding, trail running, and working new recipes in the kitchen. He and his wife Kimberly have been married for 21 years, and are passionate about raising their 4 teenage children to know God and love others .
